Fan Story of The Month
Bringing you a look at some of the most passionate fans in the world! See for yourself. Share your Cowboys passion and story by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Cowboys Experience Fan Club of the Month page is geared to recognizing Cowboys Super Fans and Cowboys Fan Clubs that go over and above just being a dedicated Cowboys fan!
A super fan can be described as a person who has an extreme or obsessive admiration for our Dallas Cowboys. A fan that usually dresses a bit different at a game, tailgate party or Cowboys event!
This month it is our pleasure to honor one of the original fan clubs and has a huge membership and fan base in Southern California. Luis Garcia is a humble guy but i want to give him a shout out for doing such a great job!
The SCDCFC (Southern California Dallas Cowboys Fan Club), established in 2007 in West Covina, CA is the premier fan club in Southern California for the Dallas Cowboys Die Hards! We started out with nine official members at our very first meet-up and by the third meet-up/viewing party, we had 125 official members. What started as a dream of uniting Cowboys fans nationwide became a reality that has far surpassed our expectations.
Our mission is to provide fans and their families with a safe and fun environment where they can take home a memorable experience after joining us at viewing parties that we host during every Cowboys game, every season. Our membership to date is over five thousand followers and members throughout the globe. The SCDCFC has traveled to several away games and travels to AT&T Stadium, known as The Mothership, year-round. Our blueprint has spread throughout the globe with additional SCDCFC chapter fan clubs growing from coast to coast. In California, you can find SCDCFC chapters in Anaheim, Bakersfield, Chino ,Coachella Valley, San Diego, Santa Maria and our founding chapter in Whittier.
During the offseason we offer family events and player autograph signings. HOF greats such as Larry Allen, Charles Haley, Nate Newton, Bill Bates are among those we have hosted. In addition to our social events, we proudly give back to local communities by engaging our members with philanthropic opportunities. We have proudly joined efforts with The Los Angeles Mission, The Ronald McDonald House, Autism walks, Cancer Awareness walks, and St Baldricks Foundation.
Join us for our next event, follow us on social platforms like meetup.com , Facebook , Instagram and Twitter. We welcome all Cowboys fans with open arms!!
As always…….. Go Cowboys !
